Ethiopia Guji Buku Natural Medium-Dark Roast

A medium dark roast to create chocolate depth while emphasizing the stronger blueberry notes of this excellent coffee.

The Buku washing station collects cherries from several hundred different farmers, most with only a couple hundred coffee trees or less, all over 2000 meters above sea level. Ripe, sorted cherries are dried for 12 to 15 days. An amazing showcase of quality Ethiopian coffee.
